If you couldn't tell already, I love slow cooking things, especially in a crock pot. This one's not quite as healthy as the chicken, but you can add olives, bell peppers or anything else you like on a pizza.

Ingredients

1 pound Lean ground meat browned and drained
3 ounces Turkey Pepperoni
1 can Fat free Cream of Mushroom soup undiluted
1 large Onion chopped
12 ounces Shredded parmesan cheese
8 ounces Rigatoni pasta cooked 5 minutes and drained
14 ounce Pizza or Spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Mix together in bowl or skillet that was used to brown the meat:

Ground meat

Onion

Pizza or spaghetti sauce

Layer in 3.5 quart crockpot: in the order given:

Half of the meat mixture

Half of the cooked pasta

Half a can of the soup

6 ounces of cheese

Half of the pepperoni slices

Top with any other ingredients you like such as mushrooms, olives, etc.

Repeat layers.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours and serve with your favorite bread and a salad.

Personally, I do if it's cooking on low heat....but it's probably safer not to do this, lol. So, to each his own. I'll post up my newcastle roast recipe in a lil bit...it's one of my favorites.

Hmm I am betting you could omit the noodles and have a lower carb version of this.

Figured I'd go ahead and make this one today since I just got a crock pot. Cooking now so we'll see. I'm sure it will be delicious.

Edit: It's extremely good. A "must try...."

Glad you liked it... most people are afraid to give this a try but it's quite delicious. I think CC ate if for like a week straight once, lol
