Phil is actually a good guy. I went to see my friend in Denver and we met at her gym, Armbrust to train adn she had clients to train as well. Phil was there and she told me to stay away from him or he'd talk my leg off. I ignored her and sure as sh*t 3 hours later she says you "you going to train or talk to Phil all damn day." Phil gave her some sh*t and off I went to train. LOL.

I watched the whole podcast yesterday, it was good.
