Forgot to post my journal last two days.

Thursday was shoulders - Seated OHP. Left shoulder was achy; nothing special there

Friday was upper back and triceps. Usual stack run on pulldowns and seated dip machine. Meadows rows to 150lbs for 6 reps.

Today was garage bench session.
