Hey Flex, I've been lurking and reading your log for a while now. I'm curious as to whether you do any accessory work on the days when you bench, pull or squat?

Never on squat day or when I pull. Sometimes when I bench I'll do some bicep or tricep shit, but I usually post it if I do.
