Very busy last week and didn't post my journals. Nothing worth writing about.

Did my usual routine but missed Friday because I got no sleep Thursday night.

Did Bench Tuesday & Saturday, Deadlifts Wednesday, and Shoulders Thursday.

Squaterday

Squats have been shit the last couple months due to knee and hip pain. Knee seems 100% back to normal; hip is questionable but today was my first day doing 4 plates and better since mid July.
