Plantar fasciitis possibly? At the base of the heel and rear of the arch? Get some good arch supports and see if that helps.I've had excruciating pain in my left heel for no apparent reason for the last few days to the point I can barely walk, so no way I could do deadlifts this morning.
Did upper back instead and swapped seated machine rows for meadows rows. Blah.
