Did a whack of pulldowns and machine rows. 45 minutes start to finish.

Brutal deadlift session this morning. Since I moved Deads to Friday last week my hands were still mangled today. All the fucking bars in the gym are bent except the super fat ones which suck for deadlifting. No belted deads today and my hands hurt so much I busted out the straps for the first time in probably 8 years for deadlifts.
