    This time of year they start to over run us around here. Drive slow in the left lane, don't tip at restaurants, drive up hockey ticket prices and generally annoying.
    To be fair, the majority are in their 70s and 80s and they sure as shit aren't squattin

    Didn't post my lifting sessions this week. Just having some issues with forearm and shoulder pain so most of my lifts were shit.

    Thankfully squats were OK today so the week wasn't a total disaster.
