Second session using a conventional grip and still feels weird but I squeezed out a single at 315. I will say I feel like I have more power with this grip; like I can grind a rep out instead of just failing when it feels heavy. Hoping this will help me break past my 350 barrier in time for the SS next month.

Intredasting DL session today. I smoked a triple at 5 plates then died. Could barely pull 525 after that.

Shoulders felt like shit today.

No NSAIDS for about 2 weeks now. This is what happens when you're old as dirt and try to lift without a gram or so of Ibuprofen in your system:
