PCT help

Ok guys I know that I would have to plan before how to make PCT but it is what it is
I wonder how best to do a PCT.
Cycle looks like:
1-14 sust etd 300
1-14 EQ etd 200

I got 3 more shots of both.On my hand i got HCG,Clomid,Nolva and Arimidex
