Haha. I am not laughing at you. I am laughing, because the care you are receiving is absolutely fucking garbage. The dose you are taking is higher than even the drug company recommends, which says a lot.
Why are you taking clomid? Are you trying to have kids still? Likely the source of your panic attacks. Anxiety is the number 1 listed side effect for clomid.
Why are you taking DHEA? Was it low? If it was, you could buy a reputable OTC DHEA and save pennies on the dollar over TRT prices.

Ya no i appreciate you guys. I’m not taking anything but the test. I took Clomid for 3 months and then got off of it and went on the test cream. Which has been about a 7 months now. Those were just the other medicines I was told to take with the test. And specifically the Clomid I was told that I could continue taking that with the test at the same time. Should I just take a single dose of test? Or go even lower?

I would get your labs pulled and see where you are at. If you doctor will not do them for you, go on PrivateMDLabs and order your own. The medium bodybuilder panel for around $200 will provide you with everything you need. There are deals all the time to save some money. I have used Ultalabs and Quest Diagnostics, getting my labs pulled at Quest Diagnostics and LabCorps. It just depended on who had the best deal at the time.

Absolutely good advice. Your doctor does not seem to have a clue. Nothing uncommon, at least he is good for a script. So you are going to have to take things in your own hands. You don't need the DHEA or clomid. Yes you need to lower your dose to about 40-50mg once a day.
