Pain in my hands

ok so the last two months I have been experiencing pain in the joints in my hands. Im not sure whay, everything is the same, diet training, liquids. Sure I have broken a few fingers in the last two years, but nothing near the joints.

anyone else experience this, and have you done anything that has helped the pain go away. ?
