Trying to "complete" the movement by getting the bar as high as possible seems to me to be recruiting the shoulders / back to add to the arc that would have isolated Bi's.

Yea that was all before personal trainers..... so was doing all my shit with shitty form, was sad because i thought it was good form lol. But i'm on the right path now!
