Reading up on Orlistat (Xenical) and it seems that over the course of a year it results in around 7 - 8lbs of fat loss.
This is roughly the equivalent of dropping your calorie intake by 80 cals per day.
This seems, to me at least, to be a very inefficient drug.
Does anyone else have a better experience of it?
