i suffer from severe g.e.r.t, i have also previously overcame a G.I disease. I have heartburn all day long, all day, even if i diet down to minium of two foods, zegerid/prilosec/nexum all that shit gets expensive

I have been to a few specialists and they wanted me to take the heideleberg test which determins PH level of your stomach acids

First i thought i was obviously over producing, so i was subduing the heartburn and MASKING SYMPTOMS , by the prilosec inside the zergerid (omeprazole )....

i would do one zegerid in morning and digestigve enzymes all throughout the day

that shit is expensive im a single working dad . So i have known about this therapy for a while but had a bad experience when i used the wrong ACV solution previously

day 4 seems to be going well, i have been drinking 2 table spoons after a meal, worked ok, had two tblsp BEFORE a meal, worked a lot better! today is first fresh day that i start out ACV therapy immediately prior to eating, and NOT, after like previously.

Seems to be working well, havent taken zegerid in 2 days, and i have SEVERE stomach problems with out it

check out the other health benefits of organic apple cider vinegar its insane

also , my skin feels tighter, digestion is improves immenslely, less bloating

its a little rancid but if you can drink booze you can handle it, at this point the only other option for me was surgery

zegerid works good for heartburn because it has the sodium bicarbonate in it, which binds to gasses and pressure, and makes you burp out that bad air and pressure once and for all, you can almost get a glimpse of your stomach allowing food rot

this shit is not working i read into longterm use of calcium carbonate and it seems to help, and baking soda . i have been experimenting in the ways i take it too.

tomorrow im just going to try a little bit before breakfast to replace natural bile in my stomach ( what it naturally mimics organically )

and thats the only bit ill drink for the day and use tums in between and ummm hopefully nothing else ;/ im desparate at this point

suffering

MT any update on this?

This time of year when I'm literally forcing as much food down my neck as I possibly can I feel like my digestion can't keep up with it all. I've been drinking cider vinegar as I've read that helps. In fact last year around this time when I was in a fierce bulk it helped then too. Along with a shit ton of probiotic. The probiotic got expensive. I used VSL #3 and was taking 6 caps per day. Thats like 60 billion cfu's or something.

ACV gives me sever eGERD. I would love to be able to down 1/4 cup of it a day but cant stomach. One thing you can try if you have GERD is drop dairy, gluten, and peanuts and eat a diet high in fat. Cleared up my GERD and imporved my cholesterol profile.

me too...wife's been trying to force feed me that shit saying it'll help my GERD. It only made it worse. I was taking prilosec every other day with pretty good results but read that shit will cause a heart attack along with a few other neg sides. I've been drinking baking soda/water with pretty and it puts out the fire quickly and has other positive effects.

I also noticed a big improvement if you take a lot of pills take them with a meal....eat the pills 1/2 way through your food.

GL...chronic GERD is a curse and nothing to take lightly.
