So what happens now that the President has tested positive and been isolated at Walter Reed Hospital? Are we really in danger?

Two government Boeing E6B Mercury jets were seen in the air on the East and West coasts. So what do these jets do? These are nuclear missile command planes that are part of the country's program called "Looking Glass," that provides command to the US nuclear forces in the air, once the ground-based command centers stop operations. This is a direct warning to all of our enemies that you try anything while the President is in the hospital and a signal is sent to the E6B's to take action on the ground and convey instructions to the fleet of ballistic submarines the U.S. has in waters around the world. It will then, deploy nuclear-tipped Trident submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs). While this is a precaution, this is very serious business right now.
