Ok ya I know seems like after 45 all your shit breaks just as your making progress. I would like to go at least 1 year with some shit breaking. Most recent left elbow insertion partial tear, and not even from lifting this time.

it’s been 4 months since I could actually train with out pain and 3.5 months since I’ve gone to the gym. I’m back now tho, last week was my trying to slowly get back to working out with out doms for days. Today was my first training day back feeling good. Just a little stiffness in the elbow so I have To take it slow….

This week Im trying to just go all 5 days to the gym, and get my food down, every meal, and get water intake down. Nothing grows with out food and water…

I’ll post food and diet later, and some kind of push pull legs routine.

OMS

So I’m having a really hard time getting back in the swing of things again. Don’t know why, usually I’m all for it, this year I don’t know. So I’m down to just push pull legs, 3 days a week. Diet isn’t there yet and water intake still needs help..

Nothing wrong with PPL 3 days a week. You can make a ton of progress with that routine.

Ok so I’m thinking of bringing this tread back to life. Been an interesting year and next year will be bette.

os 4 months ago I was 327lbs, bulking and my ankles started bloating. Luke seriously badly. Some days it made my feet swell and could not get shoes on…

so I made the choice, my body did not like how heavy I was or how fast I was putting on weight. So I decided a mini cut was in order to get my body back to normal.

just so happens a friend of mine was going to do a show in union city dec 4 week end. So I decided to prep for the show with her and see how lean I could get.

She took second place in wellness and got the opportunity to do nationals next year in October. Me I went from 327 lbs to 280lbs

I decided to keep going and as of this Sunday morning I was 269lbs

ther is two more week in December so I’m going to continue my prep till the end of the month.

I can say this much I feel a lot better at 270lbs I can walk across the street with out being out of breath. I got a new coach, and training program to start January

The plan is to start a bulk phase and slowly my add carbs and protein to my didn’t in till I stop loosing weight hold that for a
Month then add little bits of food, till I gain 1lb a week and try to keep that going for 30 weeks.
That will put me at 290 at the end of my bulk.
hoping to grow and keep add real size for the first half of the year .

Looks pretty good OMS. Congrats on the cutting progress too. Now you can build back better and stronger. What app are you using to track your nutrition?
