On a keto now... Eggs are pretty much ideal. I usually do the following combo's
Eggs, Cheese (your fav), additional fat (sausage, bacon, spam, pepperoni, keilbasa are all good choices)
If it's later in the day and you need to up your protein a bit, you can try
Eggs, Cheese, additional protein (lean meat like poultry)
Bout to mix up some eggs and spam now!
