that's what i like to see...53 and STILL competeing.post up your info you've got stored up in your dome.i know i can use it.need all the pointers i can get.was trying to break 405lbs while at 200lb b/w but work got crazy as all hell and i've been out of th iron for a few months.i'll get it tho.hopefully by november when i turn 44.hit 360 a few times this past winters end...
