Hi, I'm a 55 year old man, I have been trying to make a comeback to weightlifting for 3 years now. Last year I finally got my bench up to 270 and messed up a shoulder and had to back off. I was coming back from that and in November fell out of a deer stand, breaking some bones in my back. This is another try, I've been back in the gym for about 3 months now and making a little headway, but paying for it when I over do it. Doc seems pleased that I'm making progress and has ok'd it for me to start doing light deadlifts and squats.
Oh I'm married, 3 great kids, 6 grandchildren, and 4 granddogs lol, I'm a sort of workaholic, but when I get a chance I take downtime. Love to hunt and fish.
I hope to find good workouts and diet ideas here. I enjoy watching film clips of people working out.
