I'm here to gain as much info and share some of my muscle knowledge. I've been lifting since 13 now 35 I took a few long breaks in the past. I've been on sups since Hot Stuff was created in the early 90's my new fav is the Sci-fit line of products. I ventured to the little blue pill once but now all natural.
I'm here to get as much info as possible and share what I can. Hardcore Hip-Hop & training repping the BX so not to be fucked with but a nice guy.
6'2 290lbs, working on getting Bench back to 400lbs. by the end of this year,just started squat and deadlift I will have PR's and goals up soon.
