Looks like it was updated in 1998, but originally written in 1963.

Anyway just posting as a laugh really. I got this back in the day when i was doin research manually.

This made me laugh,i was setting up our new workout room over the weekend and my son was going through some books i had in there and that was one of them,i still remember buying it at barnes and noble.
