How is the npp going?

Hey I knew I'd be bad at this journal marlarky
Npp and deca is going really good thank you

Had a few slip ups with training and diet (few off days) but am going good!

How's you missy?

I started my var last week my shoulder is still killing me. I went to pain doc said do to my fibromyalgia he wants me to do a aerobic program before I start lifting again. Said that exercise is really the only treatment for fibromyalgia. I believe it. How are your sides on the npp and deca and how you running it right now? I want to start my npp soon. Only running it to help with the joint pain like a maintenance dose.

Yes that's the main reason I'm running to
Currently 0.2 npp every 3 days 0.2 deca every 7 days
Var 10mg per day!

No sides just nothing

Fibro has hit like hell these past few days the whether has such a big impact on how I feel :(

Currently I've reduced my pain killers by almost half so that's 40 a day down to 22
I'm no longer on injectable morphine
But still keep it handy

I have gained 6 pounds lean mass (Upto now)
Lost 4# body fat

That's all well and good gains wise but as stated the cycle was purely for my health! :)

Diets on point today

Chest and biceps two sets on each one warm up one working

10 min HIIT

decline bench press 30kg
Total reps 20

Incline dumbbell press 30kg
Total reps 23

At bench dumbbell flyes 20kg
Total reps 22

Dumbbell concentration curl 20kg
Total reps 24

Straight bar curl 25kg
Total rep 24
