Been moving this week on my days off. Lifted shoulders, but didn't post. Here is my legs for yesterday:

LEGS:
I do two monster sets for legs. The first one is Leg Ext, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Calf Press(done with LP weight).
1: LP empty x 40, LE 50 x 30, LC 50 x 30, CP x 30
2: LP 1plate x 30, LE 100x 30, LC 80 x 20, CP x 20
3: LP 2plate x 20, LE 150x 20, LC 120 x 20, CP x 20
4: LP 4plate x 20, LE 200x 20, LC 140 x 20, CP x 20
5: LP 6plate x 20, LE 200x 20, LC 140 x 20, CP x 20
6: LP 7plate x 20, LE 200x 20, LC 140 x 20, CP x 20
7: LP 8plate x 16, LE 200x 20, LC 140 x 20, CP x 20

2nd monster: Squats, Lunges, Seated Calf
315 x 10, BW x 40, 3plate x 20+
405 x 8, BW x 40, 3plate x 20+
405 x 8, BW x 40, 3plate x 20+

Smith machine squats (done with feet together and legs way out front), Seated Calf
135 to fail, 3plate x 20+

I started reading this thread like it was brand new... It is actually the first time I have seen it...

With that being said... DAYUM Mayo... you are one dedicated motherfather!!! Now I see why I WAS bigger than you... you weren't sleeping enough to get big ;)

I gotta say... I am glad your back... this thread has given me the inspiration I needed to push myself hard once again... I am totally stealing this routine... and i am going to TRY to keep up...

Really appreciate it Core. You and I have talked for years; I hope this sheds some light for others on my attitude towards a lot of guys on here. I love my family and I love lifting and my job pays for both. If I want to have both, I have to make time in my day...no one gives it to me. I have to make a conscious decision that no matter how bad I ache or how tired I am or how late it is, I am going to hit that ****ing weight to the best of my ability before the day is over. I read threads from sniveling little pussies every day on here full of excuses about why they can't put in the work to grow or reasons why they are a special case and don't have to do 'x'. A bunch of ****s that want a pat on the back telling them its okay and great job on their weak ass progress. Mother ****er, this shit is hard. There ain't no easy way to being big and being strong. There is not a single real bodybuilder, strongman/woman, powerlifter that bought a cycle and bought success. They all earned that shit through pain, sacrifice and heartache. I remember reading one of Mugzy's convos when I was new on this board about a PL'er that took out a second mortgage on his fcuking house to pay for training and supps. That image of sacrifice is burned in my mind. I think you be hard pressed to to find some of these new cats that would cancel cable or Internet for a month to pay for training or supps. Anyways, wow, impromptu rant over....

So....how ya been Core? Lol.
