NPP strength increase?

Hi all!

I'm about to start my 3rd week of NPP tomorrow, and was wanting to know when I should expect noticeable strength increases? I've read some different experiences from users who say around 3-4 weeks. I'm using 25mg 3x per week in combination with low dose var. So far no bad sides, my body seems to be tolerating both very well.

I'm going to assume you're a female bodybuilder. I know SS got noticeable strength increases when she ran NPP. Just make sure to keep the diet strict but it also seemed to easily pack on mass.

Just thought I'd update you guys Here we are about to start week 5 tomorrow.

Oh boy, my strength has improved a noticeable amount at this point
Sides are very mild, at 25mg 3x/week
-clit has grown a little bit and sensitivity is DEFINITELY heightened
-very mild acne on shoulders
-sore throat but voice has not deepened at all

Feeling pretty good overall, we've decided to run the NPP 12 weeks instead of the original 10 we had planned on.

Hey guys! Finishing off this week with a bit of added aggression/ irritability as far as sides go. Acne is not really a problem at this point (*knock on wood*) & my sex drive is higher than its ever been. Strength continues to increase and my endurance is a bit better as well. Joints feel great but I've never really had an issue with that in the past. Body hair hasn't increased either so I'm relieved on that front!

Fairly stagnant but I've fallen off my diet a number of times

Good to hear the results from NPP. I'll be starting mine at 300mg per week next week.
