Been working out 3 months and really enjoying it, I think I can say that it's my new favorite thing to do, even more than partying. Looking to make a log to track progress, and see how I am doing.

Currently cutting before I bulk.

Age 20
Weight 201
Height 6'3

Going to try and start the Stronglifts 5x5 while cutting and use it when I start bulking and go from there.

I think I am around 12-14% bodyfat so I am going to continue cutting until the end of may!

been doing starting strength and my bench is now up to 205 x 5 from 185x5 last month, on my 4 month of lifting so hopefully i wont be so weak in another 6 months, weight is also up to 208, and i can see my lower ab outline now which is pretty cool!

good luck on your journey. make sure you get you natural strength up to its full potential before you start using other stuff to make it better. it will be a way better trip for you!

have a great weekend!

You're off to a damn good start! Most noobs have no idea what a deadlift is! Keep working your ass off... and screw those parties :)

decided not to have an off day so I carb'd up a bit and hit shoulders only going to list main lifts until I get into grooves of things

seated dumbell shoulder press: 70lbs x 8 x 3 (50x14 warmup)

Side lateral seated: 25x13 30x9 |30x7 drop set 20x12|

also did front raises, upright row, i do rear delt on backday, and I also did abs/obliques.

I HAVE one question

My oblique bone comes out pretty wide will training my obliques make my lower obliques come out more or will it give me a more straight line down from my lats.

heres a example I did in paint. IN PICTURE

I am lucky though to have wide lower hip bones so my quads look big and a tighter waist to make up for this

squats below parralel / bar x 20 135x15 185x12 225x6 (225x4 drop set 135x15)

leg extension, seated hamstring, calve raises aswell

decided to do chest today and had a spot this time so I went for 2 plates!

bench warmed up with 135x15 > 185x5 > 205x5 > 225x4 > 225x2

then did incline db press, incline flies superset with flat flies, cable flies, and i did a burn out on the chest press machine!
