NO BAKE KETO CHEESECAKE

Filling:
One 8oz Block Full Fat Cream Cheese
6 Tbsp Confectioners Swerve
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Full Fat Sour Cream

Crust:
Heaping 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
3 Tbsp Confectioners Swerve
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt

Add Crust ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough ball forms.

Press said dough ball into round flat bottom tupperware container.

Use flexible spatula to even the dough out in the container. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to set.

Add Filling ingredients to a bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

Pour the filling onto the crust and smooth out with flexible spatula. Make sure that you don't leave any gaps between the filling and the sides of the container.

Place cheesecake in the fridge.

Mix up one packet of sugar free jello (strawberry, cherry, or raspberry seem to be winners) and let it cool off in the fridge/freezer until it is cold, but not solidified.

Pour cold, but not solidified jello on top of the cheesecake filling and put the whole thing back in the fridge covered for a few hours until the jello solidifies.

Calories: about 600
Fat: about 50 grams
Carbs: about 11 grams (7 net carbs)
Protein: about 10 grams

This is for those days when your diet sucks and you need something delicious. You can easily swap this out for one of your meals and eat the whole thing like a pig and enjoy life a little bit LOL.
