Nicole made huge changes in her physique this year. Way more so than any other year and in my opinion she has gained more this year than in her entire career. So, how do you like the changes? Is this the direction you think figure should go? What do you think she did differently this year?

First i think her trainer Kim was leaning her out wrong. She had a hard time getting conditoned so i "think" he made her do things to lose muscle. Also I dont know if she was natural. But if she was she is not anymore. and if she was she is taking more or getting better gear. I love her look but i think it is to big for figure. She could easy move into WP. I like Candice Keene also the new girl Latorya Watts

Nicole has been working with Hany. She started working with him a few months out from the O.....so I am sure he upped the dose.

I think if the ladies want to get muscley and veiny they need to make the transition to physique. I truly dislike when a girl comes in with a bberish look and wins the figure class when all the other ladies display a more feminine athletic look.

I agree with CH, they look like physique girls now. Figure at least at an amateur level, they want you more softer then those girls look. My wife had the same problem, she always came in too hard for the judges.

And there is no doubt in my mind, those girls are taking a little something something. Wether it be a little bit of HGH, or some anavar, T3, and clen.

I like it. But I like Physique more than fitness. I would love to know exactly what some of these girls are taking. I mean "a little bit of HGH, or some anavar, T3, and clen." That's just normal right? I wouldn't even consider this being on anything just using the minimum. I would think she is on something a little more than this, or the Var dose is pretty high.

ItalianMuscle you're spot on. I hooked up with a figure girl a while back and she was on clen/var/hgh. If I closed my eyes and felt her back/delts it could easily be mistaken for a mans, and that's figure!

Regardless, she was still hot as hell

I think she looks good, I'd hit it. definitely a huge difference in her in her build. But still looks damn good.

I need to print out this picture and put it up in my bedroom. That way when I'm having sex I can stare at so I can last longer. Either this or a picture of my mom, both would work.
