Anyone know the refrigerated shelf life on these GLP thingies once reconstituted? To get the best deal, you have to buy higher dose vials, and if starting out, one 16mg vial could potentially need to last 8 weeks (Reta).

For hCG, I take one 10,000iU vial and put three doses in each syringe, freezing the unused ones. This absolutely preserves potency. Would the same trick work for Reta, or would freezing damage it?
I never freeze reconstituted peptides, only the dry vials. According to the lit. SEMA at room temp reconstituted is 28 days, 56 if refrigerated once used and until the exp date if unopened refrigerated. They state not to freeze or use previously frozen pens. Refrigerated I think you're good for 3 months. That is the longest I go with any peptide once reconstituted if not 2 or less months at 36 F.

So sounds like I'd be good for a 16mg vial. 8 weeks would be a worst case scenario without increasing dose at all.

The general rule is to start at 0.25mg/week, administered once per week. Like GF said, you can certainly take 0.125mg (half the starting dose) 2x/week if you wish. Generally, that dose is maintained for 4 weeks. But as GF stated, if you're progressing at that dose there is no reason you can't stay there and continue.

Generally, after 4 weeks, the dose is increased to 0.5mg/week, and maintained for another 4 weeks. Then increased again (I've seen recommendations to increase to 1mg/week, but I dont' see why you can't instead increase to 0.75mg/week for another 4 weeks. And the process continues.

The max dose I've seen is a little over 2mg/week. I've never increased my dose over 0,75mg/week, and I'm a relatively big guy. I think low and slow is the best course. Good luck and welcome to TID!
I saw some warnings of muscle loss using semiglutides. While I question the source and who was actually on it (thinking it is probably non-weightlifters) has anyone seen any negative affects on size?

I have started taking it alongside TRT and my usual high protein diet. I'm thinking I'll be fine.

I agree with you’ll be fine. My gal was taking Semaglutide & she did pretty good with building some decent arm development. She isn’t remotely consistent or hardcore & her diet is awful but she still managed to add some muscle along the way.

I have heard about this & I’m not so sure I believe it to be true.

Hi!
New here just back on a health kick and body building journey after a long hiatus and wanted to chat with like minded people.
currently taking semiglutide, finally, which had a lot of info on dosing etc but i'm just wondering if any of you have any guidance about max doses, only had slight nausea at the beginning of cycle which has lifted.
Any advice about what i should be trying to get in my diet, any other helpers i could add to my regime?

thanks so much!
Here is a great chart

The muscle loss stems from people starving themselves. Directly, it has no impact and could potentially increase muscle growth due to better nutrient partioning. If you are not starving yourself you will be fine. Even with a high protein diet, you still have to be careful, as 300 g of protein is only 1200 calories. If it is all lean and you take in the incidental carbs that come with most proteins, you are only looking at 1500 calories. If you are large, you could lose muscle. Add a little bit of carbs and/or fats and you would be fine.
