I've been into bodybuilding for years. Pulled a hernia a had to set down for a couple years.
Recently had my hernia surgery in January. I've been back at hard.
I usually train high volume 2-3 hours sometimes 3 and a half.
Well last week hernia area started bothering me so now I'm just doing and hour or hour and half.
I've used gear in the past been down to 5.6 percent body fat, 49.7 on muscle and at 185 pounds.
Now I'm around 214 still got some ok size but some belly fat now that I got over the last two years of no training.
My favorite cycle is
Test prop 600-700 mg 1-20 weeks
EQ 700-1000 mg weeks 1-20
Tren Ace 500 mg weeks 1-10
Mastron 500-600 mg 1-15weeks
Anavor 50-100 mg daily week 12-20
PCT clomid 50mg for a four days then on the 5th day I usually hit 25 mg for a few days to a week and I do nolvadex the same way.
I'm not on anything now wish I was but in time. Just got to be patient and careful a lot of scammers out there and bunk gear.
