Hi Everyone-
Although it looks as though I know several of you, I'll still post up a new member intro.
I'm 41, have been training pretty hard since 2010 or so with some breaks here and there because life. I focus on strength and mass while attempting to avoid injury. Hope to be able to add something to the forum, thanks for the add.
