Hey everyone. i just registered today. I look forward to going through the vast amount of knowledge available here and sharing anything I can contribute. i'm 50yo and from somewhat rural Texas. I've been in and out of the fitness and lifting world for 15 years or so.
It might be that somewhere around 40-45 is the median age here, so you'll have company but try to bear with those young'uns. That does make for tons of experience, however, you'll have lots of reading available. Welcome, bTp.
