Thanks! This is my reasoning as well, starting slow and steady and not looking to be on the cover of any magazines here, just not look "out of shape". I think if the consensus is that I can achieve this goal by continuing to walk, adding some weight/strength training and diet adjustment, then I am feeling more optimistic about it all. Eventually I might add more to the routine as needed and if I am able to. Thanks for the info and support!
