New to bodybuilding

I'm 46 yrs old trying to get into bodybuilding. Pretty small now but working hard to bulk up. Any advice?

Advice: Do a lot of reading on TID, of books on the subject, etc. Ask lots of questions. Get your diet and workout right, and go kill some weights!

Welcome to TID. To bulk up, you hit the weights hard, and eat several meals over the day to keep the calories coming in. Protein and carbs. 4 meals of say Chicken breast and a potato, and 2 or 3 protein or weight gainer shakes a day.

Welcome Reynauld!! HDH, I'm going to post my new training schedule and current diet. Would you mind taking a look? Would like some feedback from a pro :)
