The race to 1000lbs raw is over. I wonder how long this record is going to last. There are few guys who are on his heels trying to hit over a 1000lbs raw.

Simply amazing... my body would simply tear itself apart at about 400 lbs less than that... He looks like he's got some more headroom in the DL.

Absolutely insane. I knew 1000 pounds would fall but I didn't know it would be so soon... and dare I say so easily.

Oh yea.. not just a raw world record. Magnusson's pull was heavier than Bolton's equipped previous world record.

Guy is a freak, some pretty damn impressive videos of him on YouTube training and it's almost mind boggling.

I can see him pushing 1,100lb before he leaves the sport, hopefully he can stay injury free and stay around for a good while longer yet.
