New powerlifter

Hello, everyone. I just started working with @PillarofBalance and I'll be keeping a log here starting today as I get ready for my next powerlifting meet.

Here's a few relevant stats:

Male
Early going on mid 30's
5'10"
215ish give or take a little

Best meet lifts at 242
500 squat with wraps
370 bench
600 deadlift (sumo)

Best gym lifts at sub 220
465 squat with wraps, 425 without
365 paused bench
585 deadlift (conventional and sumo)

Been working out consistently in some form almost five years now, training seriously for powerlifting for about two and a half years. I've done two meets and getting ready for my third in September. I originally wanted to go for 1600+ at 242, but decided 1550 at 220 would be better for me for now.

I can't think of anything else for the moment. I'll get the log going after hit the gym later after work. Thanks for reading.

Me, too. As soon as I get off work and get changed I'll be getting started on your programming. I'll get the log up and running later this evening as well.
