Hi Everyone,
Been a member for a few months and thought I should start being a bit more active.
I'm 50 next year and I want to be in the best shape I can be, and that involves lifting, eating and cardio.
I will be asking heaps of questions and contributing where I can, as long as I'm moving forward I am closer to my goals!.
