Hey!!

I am new to bodybuilding and fitness so I joined this forum. I always look to learn or help out others. I want to start lifting weights. I am 27, 5-7. 130lbs. I really want to get a perfect physique and lean body. As I am a beginner, so you can give advice how should I start lifting.
