Read a day's worth of posts and this seems like the best forum environment I've seen for gym/fitness/etc, happy to join. M/39/5'11" 189. Recently started TRT after half a year of very bad symptoms, literally everything on the low-T checklist. Got my blood checked and total T was in the 500's and I was shocked it was that high for how I felt. 3 months in and feeling like a new man but concerned about long term.
I do a little of everything, currently into some aesthetics oriented lifting mixed with OCR training. I train high-school athletes so I have to stay fast but want to keep size and strength as much as possible. Essentially want to stay in football shape year round.
