Hey guys whats up? I have been seriously bodybuilding for about 18 months but I've been lifting for 6 years. I am looking for tips to help get myself into competition shape (I hope to do my first competition next summer). I want to get to know all I can about every aspect of bodybuilding and training/nutrition tips. You can message me or respond on here I'm pretty friendly!

hanks guys I'm looking to start a more intense workout scheme because I'm starting to plateau and thats unacceptable. I need to keep growing
