Hey I am a friend of Hawkeye and were both getting back into things. We both agreed to start the German volume training. He recommended this site because its the only place to really gain knowledge and have legitimate information. My background in training stems from my athletic background. I am really looking forward to learning as much as I can and would appreciate any feedback and help along the way. I look forward to meeting and working with everyone.
