Hey everyone
I'm new here, I've been lifting since I was 14 and started playing high school sports and really only stopped for a few months at a time in college. I'm not a competitive lifter, but always had good strength for my body weight. I'm 28 now and realized I wanted to my strength to a higher level without doing major bulking. I'm 180ish now and would like to attain my goals at under 190lbs.
The last two months I've been on a more strength focused routine and hope to hit my goals of 300 bench 350 squat and 350 deadlift by the end of this year or early Jan. None of my friends are into lifting so I'd like to be a part of a group of people I could ask for advice and share routines, etc.
