My name is Jake. I’m 19, 6’2, 225 lbs. I am a college wrestler looking for advice to gain weight. Looking to get up to 265+ for heavyweight over the next 8 months. Advice needed on calories/macros, as well as what approach to take for lifting/programs. Any advice helps!

Welcome to the board. Buy bread, peanut butter & jelly & eat sandwiches all throughout the day. Add whipping cream to your shakes. Calorie dense foods will help you get there.
