What's up gentleman. I'm a member on ugb and thought I'd sign up over here too. I was looking at ramrods knee wrap write ups so i decided to sign up. I see a bunch of familiar names.

Little about me, I have been powerlifting for about two years now but lifting since I was 15. I'm five foot 8 and 240 pounds at about 12% body fat because well everyone on the forums is 12% bf. Haha. 32 years old

Looking forward to meeting some of u guys.
