I am 183cm 95kg now. I used to be 80KG at my lowest weight. I always have big weight and I feel like I am gaining food energy very well. I ran everyday for 4 miles in the past and did't have dinner at night. Yes That was very fast way to lose weight. But when I stop running and eat food regularly, I came back to fat... It kills me and I never want to lose big weight again. And honestly, I lose weight for chasing a girl, not count a chasing but I was refused by my big weight and my big face, haha,,, Even I lost my weight I never got a like from a girl no matter if she is the one I show love for. But I did get 2 girls' like when I was in University first year. But I didn't keep that a long way and my life mess up then I was back to big weight again. I don't know. Maybe I should live a normal life. My motivation here now is very low, but I think I should do something but after work there is short time for me to lift or no environment for me ,, I know this is an excuse but I also like to see many bodybuilders they told the knowledge about energy intake and lifts and something about that.. Maybe I have less weight, more girls will come to me.. But the old memories haunting in my mind, I dislike to do running everyday! And what can I do then to lose weight? hahah THanks you warmly welcomes guys.
