Almost 45 yrs old, 180lbs on most days. I'm not that new to lifting and working, rather I took a hiatus and become an alcoholic for many years after the Marine Corps. Sober for a year now and looking to improve my physique. Hopefully gain some size. From this forum i hope to gain knowledge and support. Thanks everyone

P.I. or "the Beach?!"

You'll find many here who share some or all of your experiences, Marine. If it wasn't The Corps it was another branch ... if it wasn't alcohol it was, or is, some other drug. At "almost 45" there will be many here senior to you, but "boots" are welcome too. :)

Common experiences, and common goals are why we hang out with each other ... think you'll feel right at home here ... Welcome.
