Hey all names Dig been in the grind for 10 years and counting I know some always looking to learn more and connect. Grateful to join in the conversation. I'm 36 years old 230lbs 5'9". Not sure what my body fat is at the moment but I've been looking for more ways to stay young and always open for opinions. With all that said , how are y'all!
