Hey all names Dig been in the grind for 10 years and counting I know some always looking to learn more and connect. Grateful to join in the conversation. I'm 36 years old 230lbs 5'9". Not sure what my body fat is at the moment but I've been looking for more ways to stay young and always open for opinions. With all that said , how are y'all!

Welcome BigDig. Lots to learn here, read around in the sub-forums that interest you, ask questions when reading and the Search function are not enough, and connect as you go. All ages here, although I think over half of us would call 36 annoyingly young ... experience and opinions are all over the place.

Thanks for the strong welcome fellas. Looking forward to the future. Oh yea my birthday is in a couple weeks I'll be 37 ! Lol. I'm a machine operator and constant laborer so I guess I feel older then I really am. In other words I had a rough paper route! Lmao
