I've been lifting consistently for around 4 years, and I've gained about 20 lbs and gotten much stronger. My training revolves around the big lifts for the most part (e.g. squats, deads, bench). I'm joining this forum to continue to learn and grow as a lifter, and hopefully push my diet and training to the next level.
