Hey guys I’ve been body building for 5 years but struggle with shredding and hitting my macros accurately. I feel like this has prevented me from removing lower chest fat and lower stomach fat which makes it look like loose skin. It looks bizzare but I ended up gaining weight due to lack of motivation. I can get back to that weight but I don’t know if I need surgery or if I need to really focus on my diet more to get rid of my insecurities. Hope this post is allowed in this sub. I just need help. Thanks
